Pennsylvania (Registration record, Obama’s tour and Clinton’s Bosnia lie)

So yesterday was the last day to register or re-register yourself to participate at the Democrats-only primary in Pennsylvania on April 22nd.
And I am really happy to say that there are 4,044,952 Democrats registered to vote in Pennsylvania. Harry A. VanSickle, the state’s elections commissioner, said: “It’s the first time we know of that a party in Pennsylvania has gone over 4 million.”. There had been 86,000 people switching from Republican party to Democratic Party!
Barack Obama’s campaign announced yesterday, that he would tour by bus, just like he did in Iowa. His bus tour will begin in Western Pennsylvania on Friday and will work its way east by Wednesday.

To end this post. Let’s remind us of Sen. Hillary Clinton speech about foreign policy last week, where she used her description of a dangerous arrival in Bosnia (in 1996) to bolster her argument that she has the foreign policy experience to be commander in chief. Senator Clinton said: “I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”Well Senator, can you show us the sniper fire in the following picture (taking at the airport after the arrival of the First Lady):

Clinton used this story of the dangerous arrival in Bosnia twice in her campaign. In December, she said in Iowa:”We landed in one of those corkscrew landings and ran out because they said there might be sniper fire. I don’t remember anybody offering me tea on the tarmac when that was happening.”

Well thanks Senator Clinton for being so honest with the American people!
